Another passion of Annie’s is managing various aerobatic teams. Since 2008, she has been involved in managing teams that compete at the various World Championships and airshows around the world. Annie has a knack for "herding cats", dealing with different personalities and crises, and keeping a team cohesive under pressure. Over the years, a number of her team mates have received medals and trophies at various Aerobatic World Championships. Annie herself was awarded a silver medal for managing the South African Advanced Aerobatic team, who took part in the World Champs in Poland in 2010, and she has also been awarded South African colours for her work with the teams. She is also the events manager for the Firestars Aerobatic team
